Placement Committee
The Institute's placement activities are co-coordinated by a committee
comprising elected student representatives and a faculty members as the
Placement Co-ordinate. It acts as a liaising agency between the
Institute and the organization to successfully complete the recruitment
procedure. All communication regarding summer and Executive recruitment
has to be routed through the Placement Committee.
Corporate Relations Committee
In keeping with the Institute's endeavor of bridging the Institute -
Industry gap, the CRC functions to fulfill same. Conducting
guest-lecture series, industry initiated case studies, inter-college
paper presentation competitions are some of the functions of the CRC.
They also act as an interface with various newspapers, publications and
the media.
Alumni committee
Being the representation of LNMI in the industry, every effort is made
to keep in constant touching with our valued alumni, Their continued
patronage in the form of guest lectures and mentorship programmes
immensely helps the students in getting an informal perspective of
corporate life. The interaction culminates at 'Nostalgia' the
annual get-together where all alumni gather and share their experience
with one another amidst the company of friends and colleagues.
Catalyst Forum
The Catalyst Forum makes an attempt to bridge the gap between New Age
Management thought and academic curriculum. The forum focuses on
inculcating skills required for pragmatic thinking through its club
activities. The various student clubs, concentrate on specific areas of
the business world, understand their respective areas and solicit
corporate interaction in the form of guest lectures, interactive
management games and informal sessions on job profiles.
